| HP Corporate Marketing APJ hosted 96 analysts over two days for its annual regional analyst summit in Singapore at The Stamford, Swissotel close to the historic colonial centre. The theme of this year's event was "Delivering Better Business Outcomes through Technology", highlighting the focus on the Enterprise customer for
HP's three business groups participating in this unique event, which brings together HP's regional organisation.
The summit opened with keynotes from each of HP APJ's leaders:Tom Iannotti, Managing Director, APJ; Adrian Koch, SVP PSG, APJ; and Christopher Morgan, SVP IPG, APJ. New to this year's summit were extended sessions which spanned each of HP's business groups. The first of these "Risk and Resilience for Better Business Outcomes" covered the imperatives for safe and robust data for the modern, agile organisation. The second "Design for the Environment" highlighted HP's 30 years of commitment to environmental responsibility, from the first recycled punch cards through today's power and cooling solutions, paper consumption saving print technologies and remote client solutions.
Day 2 of the event saw industry analysts from Japan, China, India, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand sharing strategy and business unit updates for this fast growth region and extensive One-on-One airtime with HP senior executives.
